    Blind

Can you imagine blind, not seeing, what different life would be. I go out and take photos, and am amazed at the wonders i get to see, the colors, shapes, the vastness.I get to see these things, experience them.
I guess I take this all for granted. I love this gift of sight, to be able to see, and what a true gift it is. I spent some time looking at other peoples photos both on Flickr and live, its nice to see what other people have seen , how they visualise their world around them, and its all good, footsteps in the snow, a dried up flower, a bird, a bridge, these are all things that other people have seen in their lives. And its all magical! But sometimes I feel Blind, not through my eyes, but by what I sometimes do not know. We can all imagine what other people may see or feel or what they were trying to capture in their photos taken. I try to not be blind to other peoples life, but I'm sure at times I am, For the times I am blind... I a sorry.

I missed commenting on this as I was blasted out into the ether last time!
We all see bits and pieces of our world I think.
It is a bit like when I was a kid fishing with my uncle out on the ocean.
The swells were quite large, and each time we would get on the crest a different set of boats would appear.
Sort of like that with spaces and friends, catching a glimpse and wondering what they see from over yonder.
Vision is certainly a gift and I enjoy it more all the time.
Though the eyes get dim with age the vision gets better.

Charles, I think there are times we all get wrapped up in our world and lives and fail to see the need around us.  It's just part of behing human.
I sometimes take a wander around Flickr too and am amazed at all the beautiful places I'll never capture with my own camera but am so thankful people take the time to share their worlds.
Speaking of seeing things....you've been on Friend invite for months and months and never accepted so I've resent the request.  That way I won't miss your entries anymore!  Now trot along and accept it, PLEASE.  :-)

The first step to "sight" is in knowing we are "blind".  Keep your heart open and your eyes will follow.
